Hermann Binkert
Hermann Binkert, born in 1964, is the founder and managing director of the German market and opinion research institute INSA-CONSULERE in Erfurt, Germany. He studied law and served as senior staff member at the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs from 1995 to 1999. He then moved to the State Chancellery of Thuringia where he worked until 2009 for the CDU Minister Presidents Prof. Dr. Bernhard Vogel and Dieter Althaus, most notably as State Secretary in the State Chancellery of Thuringia and representative of the Free State of Thuringia to the Federal Government. www.insa-consulere.de
