Harris Considers Running for US President again

Kamala Harris has not ruled out a return to the presidential race. The former US vice-president said she is considering a run in 2028, although no final decision has yet been made.

She remarked in response to a question during a public appearance in New York, where her comments drew a positive reaction from the audience.

Harris, who did not run against Donald Trump in 2024, said her decision would be based primarily on who is best placed to represent the interests of the American people. However, a potential return could clash with sentiment within the party, where calls for generational renewal are growing.

Other prominent figures, already appearing at public events, are also expected to seek the Democratic presidential nomination.
