Baltic states warned against aiding drone attacks on Russia

Moscow has warned the Baltic states not to allow Ukrainian drones to use their airspace for attacks on Russian targets.

The statement came after a series of strikes on the Baltic Sea ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga, which Moscow said had disrupted oil exports. Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova described the attacks as ‘terrorist’ and said they had also targeted civilian infrastructure.

At the same time, she warned that countries that allow their airspace to be used for similar operations risk consequences.

She said those states must be aware of the potential repercussions, adding that Moscow claims it has already issued such warnings.
